That's the ONLY way (other than hardwired internet) to get to ANY other networks because first you have to be on the internet. There aren't magical network signals just floating around in the air, for your TV to connect to.     The Liars Episode

    The product said you could get more than 100 free channels, aside from local channels, without any "logins." It was a fat lie. One of the first things the TV asks you to do during set up is "login" to a wi-fi network. The idea was to have cable TV through Vizio's own network without paying. You would pay far more by streaming shows over the internet, than you would by subscribing to cable, because you would be paying for an internet connection and for data when wi-fi wasn't available. The rest of the TV is OK, but not anything like it says. Can't get free channels because I have no wi-fi. Kenny
